Women in prison
(2018–2020)
Women in Prison extends the series Women in Black, shifting the focus from ideological control to internalized confinement and the disciplined body. Here, prison is not a physical structure but a psychic and embodied condition — a state in which the body folds inward, becoming its own space of containment.
Two works have been published: one in Raw Vision magazine (Spring 2020, “Injured Spirits”) and another in Staying Art magazine (2025, “Down to the Body”).
